Lindsey specialises in asset and estate planning, trusts, and a broad range of residential and commercial property matters.
Experience
She advises on all estate and asset planning matters, including trusts, wills, enduring powers of attorney, and long-term succession planning. This includes the establishment and ongoing operation of trusts, trust variations and restructures, and the resolution of trust issues. She has particular expertise in trust administration and governance and manages a significant part of the firm’s trust practice, including matters where the firm acts as an independent trustee.
She also has extensive experience in all things property including residential and commercial property sales and purchases, subdivisions and developments, cross-lease conversions and corrections, residential building contracts, and neighbour-related property matters.
Lindsey is known for building strong, long-term client relationships and delivering clear, pragmatic advice. She explains legal issues in plain language and tailors practical solutions to suit each client’s circumstances.
