Gillian is a high energy professional with an accomplished background in Business Management and People Leadership underpinned with HR in recruitment. Her career has taken her through various sectors and roles including IT and has come back to her passion of HR.

Known for her approachable leadership style, Gillian blends her strong HR skills with emotional intelligence. Her focus has always been to grow people and cultivating a high-performance culture whilst nurturing a positive working environment.
