Erica is a commercial and property law expert.
She acts for clients on commercial transactions (share and business/asset sales and purchases), capital raising, corporate governance, employee share schemes, business succession, shareholders’ agreements, and other commercial contracts.
Erica also has extensive experience in all things property including commercial and residential property sales and purchases, lease transactions, agreements to lease (including new builds and major refurbishments), and disputes / issues arising in both commercial and property matters.
