Experience
Kristin’s experience includes advising and managing the legal part of large-scale commercial and residential property acquisitions, developments, subdivisions, development funding and disposals; providing advice on the Unit Titles Act; advising on retail, office and industrial leasing matters; undertaking legal due diligence for the sale and purchase of properties; advising on commercial contracts and banking and finance transactions; and advising government agencies in relation to various Treaty of Waitangi matters.
