Natalie is a Partner in the Business & Commercial team at JB Morrison Lawyers. She advises privately owned and owner-managed businesses, growth companies and private clients on a wide range of commercial, corporate and property matters, with a focus on delivering practical, commercially aligned solutions.
Natalie’s practice includes business structuring, shareholder and investor arrangements, employee share schemes, governance and complex property and financing transactions. She is particularly experienced in advising privately held businesses and family groups navigating growth, succession and change. Natalie also acts for, and provides advice for a number of family trusts.
Clients value Natalie’s clear, pragmatic approach and her ability to cut through complexity while remaining focused on commercial outcomes and risk management.
Natalie has significant governance experience and currently serves as Chair of Triathlon New Zealand. She is also a Board member of Oceania Triathlon, the regional governing body for the sport across the Asia-Pacific region.
