We are monitoring the COVID-19 situation closely, and during this time of uncertainty, we will continue our commitment to the wellbeing of our team, clients and community as the utmost priority.
What we ask of you
With this in mind, please do not visit our offices if you:
– Have been overseas in the last 14 days
– Have been in contact with someone who is being tested for COVID-19
– Are in a household with someone who is self-isolating
– Feel unwell
If any of these apply to you, please let us know before calling into our office, and we will make alternative arrangements. Most meetings can take place remotely, and we have the technology to enable documents to be signed and advice provided remotely.
What we are doing
We take our role in minimising the spread of the virus seriously. While we will remain open for business as usual, you can expect to see heightened standards of hygiene with respect to regular cleaning, as we follow the guidance of the Ministry of Health.
We hope to help prevent exposure and minimise the risk of any illness. Please note, for this reason, we may have staff members operating remotely from time to time. This will not affect the provision of services to you.
We are here to support you in whatever way we can, so please do not hesitate to reach out to your relationship partner by phone or email.
Thank you for your understanding.
